Fruitige Frank
Role
During this project I was gameplay programmer and SCRUM master. I was SCRUM master due to my experience with SCRUM and the inexperience of my teammate. I guided my teammate throughout the entire project and made sure he got the hang of the SCRUM process too. Furthermore I have been busy with the enemies, both the flying and walking ones and the spawning of the enemies. I have made a difficulty aswell which makes the enemies faster and spawn faster. And last I have made the database which keeps track of the scores and gives a top in the highscores menu.
Idea
For this project we had to make an old arcade game, but with a modern twist. So we decided we wanted to make the old Donkey Kong game, but then with you playing as ‘Donkey Kong’ or in our case Fruitige Frank.
Work period
This project lasted 4 sprints of 2 weeks each and the game is made with p5.js
